Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the websites operated by Canvasos LLC ("Canvasos," "we," "us"), including fleetcanvas.net, washcanvas.com, and related pages (together, the "Sites"). By using the Sites, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Sites are not the product
The Sites describe our products. Use of the products themselves, including the Fleet Canvas and WashCanvas applications, is governed by a separate written agreement between Canvasos and the customer, not by these Terms. If you use a product under a customer's account, that customer's agreement governs your use of it.
2. Product descriptions
Content on the Sites describes products as they exist or as we plan them, and may include screenshots using illustrative data. Features, availability, and pricing may change. Nothing on the Sites is a commitment to deliver any feature, and nothing on the Sites is business, financial, or legal advice.
3. Our content
The Sites and their content, including text, graphics, logos, product names, and software, belong to Canvasos or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable license to view the Sites for evaluating our products. You may not copy the Sites' content for a competing purpose, scrape the Sites at scale, or use our names or logos without written permission.
4. Acceptable use
You will not attempt to probe, breach, or test the security of the Sites or of any Canvasos system, interfere with the Sites' operation, or use the Sites to transmit anything unlawful or harmful. We may investigate and involve law enforcement where appropriate. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, we ask that you report it to nick.oney@fleetcanvas.net rather than exploit it.
5. Third-party links
The Sites may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
6. Disclaimer and limitation
THE SITES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, CANVASOS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITES, AND ITS TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SITES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Sites after a change is acceptance of it.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and any dispute about the Sites belongs exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Barrow County, Georgia.
